  3. First Login: Use the phone number you provided at checkout to log in. You'll receive a 6-digit code via text to enter into the app.
  4. Set Your Password: After entering the code, you'll be prompted to choose a password for future logins.

Membership provided by your Employer:

  1. App Download: Install the BioCoach app from your app store.
  2. First Login: Use the cell phone number provided by your employer to log in. You'll get a 6-digit code via text to proceed.
  3. Password Creation: Choose a password after verifying your phone number with the received code.

Issue: "Phone Number Not Found":

This indicates you might not have an account yet. Please ensure you:

  • Purchase a membership at if you are an individual customer.
  • Employer-based Members: Confirm with your employer that an account has been set up for you.
  • Alternatively, contact us at for assistance in locating your account through other means.

For Returning Users:

Login Steps:

  1. Use Email and Password: Enter the email and password you set up during your first login.
  2. Forgot Your Password?: Click on the "Forget password" option. Follow the instructions sent via email to reset your password.

Can I Delete My Account?

If you're looking to delete your BioCoach account and remove all associated data, we've made the process straightforward. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Email Request: Send an email to our support team at from the email address associated with your BioCoach account. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
  2. Include Necessary Details: In your email, please provide any details that might help us quickly identify your account, such as your user ID or any usernames associated with your account. However, avoid sending sensitive personal information such as passwords or payment information.
  3. Confirmation Process: Once we receive your request, our support team will contact you to confirm your identity and ensure the security of your account. We may ask a few questions to verify your ownership of the account without compromising your privacy.
  4. Deletion Timeline: After confirming your identity and account ownership, we will proceed with the deletion of your account and all associated data. We aim to complete this process within 7 days, in compliance with privacy regulations. If there are any reasons why certain data cannot be deleted immediately (for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes), we will clearly communicate this to you, including any relevant data retention periods.
