Unless otherwise stated, all Membership Fees are non-refundable, even if you stop using the Services. Your Membership will begin once your payment has been processed and your meter kit has shipped.
In the case of a month to month Membership, you authorize BioCoach to charge your credit card after each one (1) month pre-paid period ends and you may cancel your monthly Membership at any time. The first month’s charge is non-refundable, and cancellation must occur prior to a billing cycle recurring to prevent any additional charges.
In the case of a three (3) month or twelve (12) month membership, you authorize BioCoach to charge your credit card after each pre-paid period ends and, you may only cancel your Membership after your initial commitment period of three (3) months or twelve (12) months, as applicable, ends. Cancellation of services requested or enacted during the three (3) or twelve (12) month memberships will immediately terminate account access and no further billing will occur.
In the case of three (3) and twelve (12) Memberships, the initial non-refundable Membership Fee covers the first three (3) or twelve (12) (“Initial Membership Fee”), respectively. The Initial Membership Fee also covers the cost of your BioCoach Meter, and you will retain ownership of your Meter after you stop or cancel your Membership and after payment of the Initial Membership Fee.
If any Membership Fees are due are outstanding for a period of three (3) days or more, your Account will go into an inactive state. In this inactive state, you will be unable to upload data from your BioCoach Meter or access the app. Upon appropriate payment, your Account will be reactivated, and you will be able to utilize the full functionality of the Membership and your BioCoach Meter.
WARRANTY & RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS
BioCoach warrants that the BioCoach Blood Glucose and Ketone Monitoring System to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of (5) years from the date of purchase.
The liability of BioCoach is limited to repair or replacement and in no event shall BioCoach be liable for any collateral or consequential damages or loss. Instruments subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repaid or modification will be excluded from this warranty. This guarantee excludes expendables and consumables.
BioCoach will repair or replace a defective products without charge. Proof of purchase must be provided. For warranty claims, please contact our U.S. based support team. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Due to strict regulatory conditions for medical devices, we cannot accept returns of items that are opened.
For items that are unopened (in the original packaging with the product seal intact) and in the same condition they were received, BioCoach is happy to offer a full refund provided it is less than (30) thirty days from the date of order delivery. Items can be directly shipped to us or we can provide a return label (the cost of which is deducted from the refund). Refused packages are treated as returns and the cost of shipping is deducted.
The BioCoach Membership is approved for use within the United States of America. We do not offer this program to countries outside of the USA. Make sure to double check that your address is entered correctly, as shipping is completely nonrefundable. This includes packages that cannot be delivered to the address entered, packages that are refused or items lost by the carrier.

If an item is defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement. Contact our U.S. based support team to get started. If your return and replacement request is approved, a replacement item will be shipped out within 5 business days of approval.
GLUCOSE STRIP POLICY
As a member of the BioCoach Membership, you are entitled to unlimited glucose strips to be used with your BioCoach Meter. These strips are tracked within the BioCoach app, and the number of tests taken is tracked and visible to the BioCoach team and its employees.
There is no limit to refills for strips upon depletion due to use during testing blood glucose which is registered within the BioCoach app. However, BioCoach reserves the right at any point to pause strip shipments if there is suspected misuse or abuse of strip ordering.
We also understand that life happens, and sometimes strips can be physically misplaced or damaged and because of that, each user is entitled to up to 100 additional strips per billing cycle in order to continue usage of the BioCoach Membership uninterrupted.
Any additional strips needed beyond those depleted within the app from testing or the 100 additional strips allocated will require approval from the BioCoach Customer Support team. If you have lost or damaged your glucose strips, please email email@example.com for next steps.
