Customer Support

You can login to your account to update billing and shipping information or modify you subscription by heading to https://biocoach.io/tools/recurring/login/ and entering your email on file. If you are having difficulty logging in, please reach out to support@biocoach.io and we’ll lend a hand!

There are a few ways to contact us to get support!

  • Within the app, simply head to the “Coaching” tab on the main screen and tap on the “Customer Support” chat. You can message the support team directly in that chat.
  • If you have already registered your account, but cannot login, click on “Continue Your Journey” on the app screen and then tap the “Customer Support” link in the center of the screen to submit a tech support ticket.
  • If all else fails, feel free to message support@biocoach.io and our support team will assist you as soon as possible.

  2. Upon opening the app, tap “New Member Setup” and enter in your cell phone number. You will be prompted to setup your account, and then you’re ready to start your metabolic health journey!

Yes, the app is how you communicate with our health coaches, track your metabolic health, and learn new skills and information to become a healthier you!

Login

If you forget your password, recovery is simple! Tap “Continue Your Journey” and then select “Forgot Password” at the bottom of the screen. Simply enter in the email registered with your account, and a reset password email will be sent to your email. Complete the steps in the email to reset your password, and then you’ll be all set to login!

If all else fails, shoot an email to support@biocoach.io for assistance and we will work together to get that reset with you.

User Experience

Individual and Group Messaging

  • Under the Coaching tab on your main screen you’ll find chat threads with both your health coach and a coaching group. The individual health coach is there for when you have questions about metabolic health, diet and exercise, tips to battle blood sugar spikes, etc. They are your resource to answer the health questions that come up in our day to day life. The group chat is where you’ll find your own health community and other individuals across the country who are working to change their health too. This is a place to post your wins, ask advice, seek support and encourage each other in achieving your “Why.”

Available resources for members

  • In addition to specific health questions, users can also request resources like custom meal plans, Fast Foods Guides (low carb, keto or high protein), or tips for eating out.

We'll always strive to reply as soon as we can on our end, but please note that at a bare minimum our coaches will return your messages within 24 hours during standard working hours, 48 hours over the weekend, and 72 hours over holiday weekends.

The Biocoach app offers the ability to track, sort, and view data from across the health spectrum in order to build habits, be aware of your health metrics, and make adjustments accordingly. Simply tap “Track” on bottom of home screen and choose between 11 different categories:

  • Glucose
  • Steps
  • Calories Burned
  • Sleep
  • Weight
  • Mood
  • A1C
  • Calories Eaten
  • Exercise Minutes
  • Water

At any time, simply tap “+ Add a Reading” at the bottom of the screen to add a reading or event.

***Apple Health Data will populate steps, exercise minutes and calories burned by default, if permissions are granted to share data with Apple Health. To modify this permission, simply go to the Biocoach app under your iPhone settings.

You can view the history of anything tracked within the app (more info on tracking within the app found here) by clicking on “Track” at the bottom of your home screen, and then selecting the list icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will show all of your tracked data combined into one timeline. To view a specific category (i.e. glucose) and your readings over time, simply select that category on the “Track” screen.

These tasks are small ways to build healthy habits. They take relatively little time to complete, but aim to bring your attention and awareness towards different aspects of your health. By completing each task daily, you’re creating small habits that will make a big difference in your health.
