SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow 1 business day for order processing for domestic orders, however most of the time orders placed before 12:00 noon CST are shipped in the same business day.
BioCoach uses USPS for most shipments. Standard shipping is shipped with First Class Mail (3-7 business days). Priority shipping is shipped with USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Please note estimated business days are estimates, not a guarantee.
Missing Package or Lost in Transit:
Please note that BioCoach has no control over packages once they're scanned by the carrier nor do we have any further information than you can find with your tracking link. If there hasn't been a tracking update in 30 days please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We try to stay on top of our orders to get them out ASAP. As a result we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we are typically able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you (see return policy). We currently ship across the USA, Canada, Mexico and the UK. Make sure to double check your address is entered correctly, as shipping is completely nonrefundable. This includes packages that cannot be delivered to the address entered, packages that are refused or items lost by the carrier. International customers are responsible for the return shipping fees associated with an order return as well.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BioCoach is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
