BioCoach is now able to offer our customers a consultation for a three month CGM Prescription (Rx).
Once the Rx is sent to your pharmacy, you can use the GoodRx app to get the Freestyle Libre 3 for around ~$145 for a 4 week supply of CGM devices (The price varies slightly based on your local GoodRx network pharmacy rates. To check the price before you signup with us, check goodrx.com and search Freestyle Libre 3)
You can purchase as few or as many devices from your pharmacy at the GoodRx prices, up to a 3 month supply which would be 6 devices.
Device we are recommending is the Freestyle Libre 3
Note: This is not available for customers who are pregnant, undergoing cancer treatment, have an eating disorder, are under 18yrs. old, or are on insulin. It's also not available for customers in New Mexico, Alaska, Rhode Island, Delaware, or Hawaii.
If you do not qualify, you will be refunded for the consultation.
After purchase, you will receive an email with a form to fill out. Once completed, your Rx will be sent to the pharmacy fax number you provided in that form.
