EZ Egg Bites

EZ Egg Bites - BioCoach

Prep Time: 5 -10 min, while the the dash heats up

Cook Time: Use a mini dash! They're a game changer although they only make 4 at a time.


Notes/Tips: For easy meal prep keep a baggie of your favorite diced veggies and combos in the fridge that can be used for omelettes, chaffles or egg bites!.For example crumbled Feta, diced red onion and diced cherry tomatoes, or shredded cheddar, green onion and diced bacon, or diced white onion, shredded parmesan, chopped spinach and diced cherry tomatoes.



  1. Chosen Avocado spray or a healthy coconut/olive oil spray ( not Pam!)

  2. 4 eggs

  3. 1/4 cup whole milk cottage cheese

  4. 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp salt to taste

  5. 2 tbsp. diced cherry tomatoes

  6. 2 tbsp. feta cheese crumbles

  7. 2 tbsp. chopped spinach

  8. 1 tbsp diced red onion



  1. In a pourable mixing cup mix the eggs, cottage cheese, salt and veggies and cheese

  2. Spray the silicone mold cups

  3. Pour into the dash silicone cups 1/2 way full making sure all the ingredients poured into the cup evenly, sometimes you can add a little extra cheese to the 'top'

  4. Close the lid for 5-7 minutes depending on your egg bite cooker

  5. Remove and flip upside down to cool ( and to make sure it's cooked all the way through, you can see on bottom if not and just put back on for 2 more minutes if needed, when cooled and formed flip back over and serve!
