Tangy Apple Cider Vinegar Deviled Eggs - BioCoach

Time Savings: buy hard boiled eggs already boiled!

Prep Time: 5 min

 

Ingredients:

  1. 6 chilled hard boiled eggs

  2. 3 tbsp avocado oil based mayo

  3. 2 tsp apple cider vinegar ( or more to taste! )

  4. 1 tsp grainy mustard

  5. 1/4 tsp worcestershire

  6. 1/4 tsp Redmond's real salt ancient fine

  7. Paprika or smoked paprika

 

Instructions:

  1. Slice hard boiled egg in half lengthwise, put yolks into mixing bowl and add other ingredients except paprika

  2. Use a potato masher to mash away

  3. Use a spatula to spoon into a ziploc bag, cut small corner off the bag and pipe into the white halves of the eggs

  4. Sprinkle with paprika or smoked paprika to desired taste
