Keto Fruit Salad

Time Savings: Buy a bag of raw sliced almonds

Prep Time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  1. 1 carton mixed greens, spring greens or baby spinach

  2. 1 carton of fresh strawberries

  3. 6 - 8 oz small carton of fresh blueberries

  4. 8 oz plain goat cheese

  5. 1/4 to 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions:

  1. slice the strawberries

  2. shred or chop up the greens

  3. crumble up the goat cheese over the berries

  4. sprinkle the sliced almonds over the top

  5. top with Creamy Poppyseed dressing

  6. garnish with a few more berries for color

 Enjoy!!
